  • Age verification status (stored as a browser cookie for 30 days)

2. Image Metadata

We preserve all image metadata including but not limited to: EXIF data, GPS coordinates, camera/device information, creation timestamps, and editing history. This data is stored for analytical purposes and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured, self-hosted infrastructure. Images are stored in encrypted object storage with access controlled via time-limited signed URLs. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data enters a 30-day grace period after which it is permanently deleted. Audit logs are anonymized after 30 days (IP addresses removed).

You have the right to:

  • Access your data (via data export in Settings)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure (account deletion in Settings)
  • Data portability (JSON export)
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

We use third-party services for authentication (Clerk) and image transformation processing. These services process limited data necessary for their function and are subject to their own privacy policies.
