You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits and Usage

• Each account receives an initial allocation of free credits
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Credits are forfeited upon account deletion
• We reserve the right to modify credit allocations at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You may only upload images that you own or have the right to use. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original images. Transformed images are yours to use. We retain no ownership rights over your content. We reserve all rights to the Flick Her platform, brand, and technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flick Her is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or credits.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
